How did you sleep last night?

If your sleeping pattern can be best described as spotty, you are not alone. It has been estimated that 80% of us do not sleep well at night.  With billions spent on unnatural sleep aids and medication, wouldn't it be great if the reason was something as simple as your pillow!

When you wake up, either in the morning or during the night look out for these warning signs.

  • Neck or shoulder pain
  • Upper back stiffness
  • "Numb Ear", if you have it, you know exactly what I am talking about!
  • Constantly turning or fluffing your pillow

Any or all of these issues could be a result of an inferior or misfitting pillow!
